Dialup Account Cancelations and Refunds:
Send your account cancelation requests to support@abhost.net and please include your account name with the request. The request to terminate an account must be received 5 days or more before the next billing date so the account can be flagged to terminate without additional billing.
Once a dialup connection has been established we can not refund payments. If you request that your account be terminated after billing has occurred then the account will be flagged to terminate on the new paid to date without any additional billing and no refund can occur. The account will stop functioning at the new paid to date without additional billing.
Virus Assistance
Links to virus patches & removal tools
Although ABHost.Net Tech Support does not support the removal of
viruses from computers, we do want to help the best way we can.
Here is a list of links that can help in cleaning your computer of the
highest priority and most common viruses.
Anti-Virus Software
There are several companies that make anti-virus programs. Symantec makes Norton Antivirus, and McAfee
has VirusScan. There are others that you can purchase, and there are
also some free ones as well. If you do not already have anti-virus
software, we recommend downloading AVG from www.grisoft.com.
Anti-Spyware Software
Although WhidbeyNET does not support the removal of spyware, there are
several programs available on the internet to manage & remove these
from your computer. We recommend Ad-Aware and SpyBot. These are both free programs that can be installed to assist you in removing spyware from your computer.
